By the ATC Dubrovnik Trstenik is connected with the whole world. The favourable traffic conditions also contribute to this. Trstenik has a port which belongs to one of the livest on the southern side of the penninsula Peljesac. Trstenik lies between the village Orebic and Ston and is moreover connected to island Mljet. On the island Mljet there are many landing stages for watercrafts. There is a mountain over the village named "Cucin". There are mufflons and wild boars in this area. There is also the possibility to perform the hunting sport beside the possibility of fishing. The diurnal excursion to the national park of the island Mljet represents a special attraction. Besides this, there is the possibility to attend a visit to the island of Korcula and Lastovo or to make an excursion to the nearer surroundings of Trstenik.
